The activities in the book follow the framework of a typical CBT course, covering:

These ideas are presented in an easily understood way, ensuring that all readers are familiar with the foundations of CBT before using the worksheets. The book can be filled out by writing and drawing, but the more adventurous are encouraged to colour and doodle as they consider ideas!
